<p> Several new members of staff had recently joined the team and have now completed all the necessary training.</p> <p> Since the inspection we have invested &pound;15,000 in structural renovations to our kitchen, ensuring it meets and exceeds the required standards.</p> <p> All safety inspections relating to gas and water pressure systems have been carried out, and any necessary repairs have been completed.</p> <p> In addition, cellar safety equipment has been fully restocked and appropriate training has been implemented.</p> <p> An exceptionally busy period leading up to the inspection, combined with ongoing renovation work, resulted in certain procedures not being maintained at the high standards that we would usually uphold.</p>
