We also hold up-to-date food hygiene and allergen training certifications and have a professional pest control contract in place.&nbsp;</div> <div> &nbsp;</div> <div> Since the inspection, we have carried out further improvements including a full deep clean, upgrades to equipment and facilities, enhanced food storage arrangements, improved handwashing provisions, and additional staff training. These measures go beyond the issues identified and reflect our ongoing commitment to best practice.&nbsp;</div> <div> &nbsp;</div> <div> We have formally requested a revisit so that the current standards can be reassessed and accurately reflected.&nbsp;</div> <div> &nbsp;</div> <div> We remain confident in the safety and quality of the food we provide and are fully committed to maintaining high standards for our customers at all times.</div>
