<p> The handwash basin in the kitchen is now fully operational with running hot and cold water.</p> <p> Areas requiring re-tiling/repainting/painting have been completed.</p> <p> We now have a dedicated and secure area for items with nuts.</p> <p> All paperwork and documenation are now up to date.</p> <p> The inspection carried out in June 2025 was after a 3 day closure whereby some tomatoes had been left out in error rather than refrigerated. It was also the time of one of the heatwaves so consequently they had spoiled. The tomatoes would have been thrown away as part of the &#39;reopening&#39; schedule.</p> <p> All items are now refrigerated prior to any closure. In addition, the owners now conduct a pre-opening check on the day prior to opening.</p> <p> A subsequent revisit was carried out on Thursday 23rd October 2025 and it was found that all legal requirements from the June inspection had been completed</p>
