Our staff are fully trained and certified, our food safety systems are rigorous.</em></p> <p> <em>We remain confident that a re-inspection will restore our well-deserved 5-star rating.’</em></p> <p> <strong>The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:</strong></p> <p> <em>'Cladding arranged for all internal walls, light fitting being replaced, all dependant on tradesman availability.</em></p> <p> <em>All other issues addressed.'</em></p>
