We have always taken food safety very seriously and have previously achieved a 5-star food hygiene rating. On the day of the inspection there was a problem with the make line fridge and some checks were not carried out as they should have been during a busy period.</div> <div> &nbsp;</div> <div> As soon as the issues were brought to our attention, we took immediate action. The make line fridge was repaired the following day, any affected food was disposed of, and staff were reminded about stock date checks, correct sanitiser preparation, hand washing, and completing all required records properly. Management supervision has also been increased to make sure all checks are completed correctly every day.</div> <div> &nbsp;</div> <div> Since then, all the issues have been resolved and procedures have been reinforced to ensure the correct food safety standards are maintained at all times.</div> <div> &nbsp;</div> </div> </div> <div> &nbsp;</div> <div> &nbsp;</div> <div> &nbsp;</div>
