<div> Following the inspection on 20.02.2026, we reviewed the issue identified regarding</div> <div> chilled food being recorded above the recommended temperature.</div> <div> During our internal review we identified that, although the refrigerator was set to the</div> <div> correct temperature, the internal temperature was not evenly distributed through the</div> <div> unit. As a result, some areas of the display unit were not maintaining the required</div> <div> temperature when checked with a thermometer.</div> <div> As an immediate corrective action, the display unit has been replaced with a new one</div> <div> to ensure consistent and reliable temperature control. The new unit also includes doors</div> <div> which helps maintain a more stable internal temperature and reduces temperature</div> <div> fluctuation during service.</div> <div> In addition, we have strengthened our food safety procedures by introducing additional</div> <div> routine checks of chilled food temperature using a probe thermometer. This allows us</div> <div> to verify that the food is consistently stored within safe temperature limits and that</div> <div> equipment is functioning effectively.</div> <div> Those measures have been implemented to ensure continued compliance with food</div> <div> safety standards. With the issue now resolved, we remain committed to maintaining the</div> <div> high standards consistently achieved in our kitchen operations over the years.</div>
